These terms apply when you use curveball.in. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use CurveBall.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. One account per person. Keep access to your email secure — it's how you sign in.
Your ideas and content
- You own what you post. By posting, you let CurveBall display and share it on the site and in our community channels so others can discover and support it.
- Everything on the wall is public. Don't post anything confidential, secret or that you'd mind others building on. CurveBall can't stop other people from acting on ideas they see.
- Only post content you have the right to share.
Community rules
Be kind and constructive. Don't post anything that is:
- illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent;
- spam, scams, misleading investment pitches or pyramid schemes;
- someone else's personal information without their consent.
Moderation
New posts are reviewed before they go live. Moderators may edit, hide, reject or remove content, and admins may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. If you think we got it wrong, email us.
Working together
CurveBall helps people find each other. Any agreement you make with other members — about equity, payment, intellectual property or anything else — is between you and them. We recommend putting important agreements in writing.
No guarantees
CurveBall is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that any idea will succeed. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell members about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
